PinkPantheress sparks debate with unexpected concert response

PinkPantheress has gone viral after an unexpected moment during one of her concerts got everyone talking.

The singer was performing at the Adidas Home of Soccer event when a fan threw a mobile phone onto the stage.

Instead of throwing it back, the music icon stopped for a moment and explained why she was not going to do it.

Looking at the crowd, she said, “I don't want to throw it back […] Baby if I hit one of these girls in the face I'm liable, we're in America, remember that.”

Her reaction quickly spread all over the social media, where thousands of people shared their thoughts.

Many people, however, felt that she made the right decision because throwing the phone back could have hurt someone in the audience.

One fan wrote, “She handled that perfectly. Funny, but also smart. One bad throw could turn a fun moment into a lawsuit.”

Another said, “she's so incredibly real for this because the urge to throw it back must be high, but the fear of a random american lawsuit is even higher her legal awareness mid set is top tier.”

Some people also criticised the fan who threw the phone. One person wrote, “Fans should learn some manners before attending concerts.”

Another added, “America isn't the problem here. The real issue is fans thinking performers are part of the show and can be treated however they want.”

PinkPantheress has not said anything else about the moment, but the clip is still spreading online.
