Peter Andre discusses filming love scenes with wife Emily's full support
Peter Andre has revealed that he discussed filming romantic scenes with his wife, Emily, before signing on for the detective drama The Sunshine Murders.
The 52-year-old singer and TV personality takes on the role of criminal pathologist George Constantinou, who lends his expertise to assist Greek detective Helen Moustakas (played by Dora Chrysikou) and her half-sister Shirley Rangi (Emily Corcoran) in solving a string of mysterious crimes.
In the Channel 5 series, George shares undeniable chemistry with Helen, leaving viewers eagerly wondering whether the pair will finally act on their feelings and share their first kiss.
Peter recently revisited the stunning Constantinous Bros Asimina Suites Hotel in Cyprus-the filming location of the show where he reunited with co-stars Dora and Emily for an exclusive Q&A session about the series.
On how wife Emily, 36, coped with his romantic storyline, he revealed:
'I have had this discussion with my wife before and I have said what would happen in a situation like that I have not been in that situation before.'
The thing about this that's amazing is because it's a family programe, even though it's a murder mystery. It would never cross the line.'
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker also added that Emily was even giving him tips for his role.
'Having love scenes in the theatre or in films-something that can happen. It's always a challenge for a partner who is not in that profession to understand. That's the most difficult thing that we will have to encounter.'
For context, Peter and Emily tied the knot in 2015 and are parents to Amelia,11, Theo, eight, and Arabella, 20 months.
The singer is also father to Junior, 20, and Princess,18, from his marriage to Katie Price, and brought his eldest children along on his Cypriot trip, as well as Junior's girlfriend Jasmine Orr, 24.
